[3.2.x] Support Forum • Required PHP function not found : getimagesize

I'm trying to update my board through Softaculous but when I start with the back up I get this message:

Required PHP function not found : getimagesize

I know that it's long overdue but I'm trying to go from 3.2.4 up to 3.3.12

How do I cure this problem please?
